We're from Xinmin Symphonic Band and we are the percussionists.
We're just a fun bunch of funky people, willing to learn more about percussion and to spread the love of music around the World.
You can see us drumming in a remote area in Hougang, where most insane drummers like us lives.

hello, i'm back again.
seems like nobody knows about this blog since nobody wanted to be in the posting admin.
hmph, seems like i nid to do some advertising.
hah, ^^

anyway,
ytd's open house was boring as we need to play those pieces repeatedly.
but, i can see a great improvement on my sec1s!
i'm really very proud of you guys! ~
continue striving for the best in terms of theory, skills, and knowledge of music.
the holidays will be the time to catch up on whatever you do not know and also brush up your skills for the various instruments!

so therefore, sectionals will begin after band camp every week.
at same time, same day.
(esp. to juniors: don't tell me you do not know about this weekly sectionals after we started as i will be telling you. another lame excuse will be : FORGOTTEN. i don't take that as an answer/excuse/reason.)
more details will be added after i know what time the bandroom is opened and when.

please come back for self-practice tml on your major/minor scales for seniors and juniors respectively.
band room will be closed around 2pm.
but school released at 12pm.
exactly two hours to practice.
that is alot.
