See, i bothered to type a post. Lets not make this blog rot okay? :D

Anyway, back to my topic.

SYF 2009 is on Wednesday and we're left with a day to prepare ourselves. Please be reminded that you're a painter that is painting a beautiful canvas potraying of what image you want the judicators to have. DO NOT BE NERVOUS!!! Just play normally, enjoy yourself and have fun~ Always believe in yourself and remember: CONFIDENCE IS KEY ~

I know everyone is tired out with the uncompleted homework dragging on for weeks and numerous tests being thrown in your face. Don't worry, i'm facing the exact same thing but all we can do now is to COMPLAIN. That's the good thing about Singaporeans. We complain alot and after that we feel much better, hahahahahaha.

Lastly, please than Yiangshan for contributing so much to our section even though she graduated 2years ago. She went to the trouble by listing down our problems and conducting sectionals for us. She also self-made timpani mufflers for us until 12+AM this morning. So please appreciate her hard work ~ :D

alright it'll be 4 days to Xinfony VIII in a few hours time.
just to say that u guys have put in alot of effort for the upcoming concert and please take every opportunity to practice as there isn't much time left.

Hello all, Xinfony 8 is reaching in about 8 more days. And we all know it's not a lot of time. Actually 3 more hours it will be one more week to Xinfony 8. Work hard for this k. Work hard for this just like how we did for Tico Tico.

okay, the schedule is up for the next two months.
please do go check it up for ur upcoming band practices.
DO NOT RELY ON THE SECTION LEADER.
i'm not your free announcement board. -.-
also, any more questions about the schedule after today will not be answered at all. i will totally ignore your sms, call, msn convo, etc.

also, practice is the key to great performances! ~
please come back often to practice w/o the SL having to preach at your ears everyday.
its not healthy and i will have more wrinkles on my face if i did that.
you know whether you need practice anot, so please come back and practice and not wait till i caught you during sectionals for repeated mistakes.

i demand an explanation for not coming for sectionals and band practice.
all reasons must be valid.

hello, i'm back again.
seems like nobody knows about this blog since nobody wanted to be in the posting admin.
hmph, seems like i nid to do some advertising.
hah, ^^

anyway,
ytd's open house was boring as we need to play those pieces repeatedly.
but, i can see a great improvement on my sec1s!
i'm really very proud of you guys! ~
continue striving for the best in terms of theory, skills, and knowledge of music.
the holidays will be the time to catch up on whatever you do not know and also brush up your skills for the various instruments!

so therefore, sectionals will begin after band camp every week.
at same time, same day.
(esp. to juniors: don't tell me you do not know about this weekly sectionals after we started as i will be telling you. another lame excuse will be : FORGOTTEN. i don't take that as an answer/excuse/reason.)
more details will be added after i know what time the bandroom is opened and when.

please come back for self-practice tml on your major/minor scales for seniors and juniors respectively.
band room will be closed around 2pm.
but school released at 12pm.
exactly two hours to practice.
